We are currently looking for a Warehouse & Administration Officer to join our client's team in a hybrid role supporting both warehouse operations and administration.

This is a hands-on position suited to someone who enjoys a mix of practical warehouse work, forklift operation and computer-based administration.

About the Role

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include a combination of warehouse and administrative duties, including:
General warehouse duties and stock handling
Operating a forklift to move and load materials
Receiving, checking and dispatching goods
Picking, packing and organising stock
Maintaining accurate records and documentation
Data entry and general administrative tasks
Using computer systems to update information and process paperwork
Supporting day-to-day warehouse operations
Maintaining a clean, organised and secure work environment




Following workplace procedures and safety requirements
Working closely with the wider team to ensure operations run smoothly

About You

We are looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual and committed to ongoing work
Comfortable working across both warehouse and administration duties
Confident using computers and basic systems
Organised with positive attention to detail
Physically capable of performing warehouse duties
Safety conscious
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable operating a forklift

Previous warehouse, logistics, administration will be highly regarded.

Compliance Requirements

Successful applicants will be required to complete:
National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months
Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE)
Drug & Alcohol Screening
