NSW Health's Aged Care Assessment Service (ACAS) at Macquarie Hospital is seeking qualified health professionals to join a energetic team delivering aged care assessments across NSLHD. You will work with OTs, PTs, social workers and RNs to support older clients and their families, within tight timeframes.

Applicants must have relevant tertiary qualifications, full registration or eligibility, and solid communication skills.
