You support the customer journey from email to order. You run the inbox, text-line and assist the handling and processing of orders. You have your eyes across customer care and orders. Start as part time with huge growth potential!

Key responsibilities

Run the customer email and SMS text-line each morning — you'll be assisted with AI trained technology to draft replies; you'll check them, fix them and send them

Reply to the text-line
n
Assist processing online orders and showroom orders
n
Book in International and Domestic orders
n
Process refunds
n
Assist with basic admin tasks
n

About you

Meticulous — you notice the little things like a wrong postcode, a missing size, a typo in a customer's name
n
Explicit and concise communicator
n
Level headed
n
Organised
n
Very computer and technology savvy
n
Shopify experience (basic) — understand the dashboard, orders, apps
