As a Health Insurance Consultant, you'll join one of Australia's largest, most recognised and trusted comparison brands as they continue to grow their Brisbane CBD team.

This is a household name with a robust reputation built on trust, and the role is much more customer service and consulting than hard-core sales. You'll have honest conversations with customers, understand what they actually need and help them make the right decision - not push them into products that aren't right for them.

The Role
Manage a mix of inbound and outbound health insurance enquiries
Speak with high-quality warm leads generated through a nationally recognised brand
Understand customers' needs and provide suitable health insurance options
Have genuine, consultative conversations rather than using a hard-sell approach
Use evolving technology, AI tools and recent systems designed to make the consultant experience easier

The Benefits
$75,000 - $80,000 + super + uncapped commission
Start date: 6th October | Fortnightly pay
Brisbane CBD - close to Central Station
Monday to Friday with flexibility around hours

About You
Direct private health fund or aggregator sales experience would be ideal
Broader insurance experience will also be considered
A natural communicator who can build trust quickly
Comfortable working towards targets without relying on aggressive sales tactics
Someone who enjoys being part of a social, energetic team
Keen to join a growing division where you can have an impact
