John Cole Toyota has been serving the Northern Queensland region for 39 years. We're a family owned and operated business and pride ourselves on providing our customers with quality service across all areas of our dealership.

We are currently looking for an experienced Accessory Fitter to join our team in Innisfail.

This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for fitting a wide range of genuine and aftermarket accessories to current and used vehicles, ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Your responsibilities will include:
Fitting a variety of vehicle accessories and equipment
Installing items such as tow bars, bull bars, roof racks, side steps and other accessories
Carrying out basic electrical accessory installations where required
Ensuring all work is completed accurately and to manufacturer standards
Checking completed work for quality and correct operation
Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area
Working closely with our Parts, Service and Sales teams to ensure vehicles are completed on time





What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone who takes pride in their workmanship and enjoys working in a busy dealership workplace.

You'll ideally have:
Previous experience in automotive accessory fitting or a similar hands-on automotive role
Strong mechanical aptitude and practical skills
Experience with automotive electrical work would be advantageous
Excellent attention to detail
The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
A strong commitment to workplace health and safety
A current Australian Driver's Licence
