Job Description

The Salvation Army in Tasmania is seeking a Care Finder to support older adults with complex barriers to engagement in aged care and related services. The full time role, based in Recent Town, helps clients access assessments and a range of community supports including homelessness and health services.

Candidates will bring qualifications or substantial experience in community services, robust interpersonal skills, and a current Working with Vulnerable People registration.
