Job Description

Doughty Group in Queensland is seeking an experienced Safety Advisor to support practical HSEQ outcomes across operations.

Reporting to HR & Safety Manager, you will work with project teams to identify hazards, manage risks and drive safety improvements in civil construction, plant and heavy haulage settings.

n

This hands-on role emphasises field presence, consultation, site inspections and accurate safety documentation, with a focus on a proactive safety culture.
