About the Role

n

Reporting to the COO/Production Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring materials and finished products move efficiently through the business while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and customer service.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
Coordinate inbound and outbound freight
n
Resolve freight delays, damages and claims
n
Coordinate loading, unloading,



packing and dispatch
n
Maintain inventory accuracy and stock control
n
Champion LEAN and continuous improvement initiatives
n
Promote and monitor WHS procedures and practices
n
Support hazard identification and risk reduction
n
Conduct safety and quality inspections
n
Support final quality inspections before dispatch
n

About You

You are a highly organised and motivated logistics qualified who takes pride in creating safe, efficient and well-run workplaces.

Essential

n

n
Current Driver Licence
n
Current Forklift Licence
n
Robust communication and organisational skills
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Genuine commitment to workplace health and safety
n

n

Desirable

n

n
Warehousing, logistics or supply chain experience
n
Inventory and warehouse systems experience
n
Understanding of LEAN manufacturing
n
HR Licence, White Card and/or First Aid Certificate
n
Experience with Smartsheet, Monday.com or Odoo
n
