Agrifutures is seeking an experienced Portfolio Hypercare Manager to drive go-live readiness and stabilisation for a major technology transformation in Queensland.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors and business units to ensure a smooth transition into BAU, with governance, reporting and proactive issue resolution.

Ideal candidates have IT service management credentials and experience in safety-critical or complex delivery programs, including after-hours support.
