Help is a Queensland-based social enterprise seeking a motivated, proactive casual Youth Employment Assistance worker for Toowoomba. You will support school leavers and participants with a disability to set employment goals under the NDIS, building capacity and social inclusion through one-to-one support.
You will develop individual and 12-week plans, facilitate job readiness activities, and collaborate with a range of stakeholders while maintaining data integrity and adhering to policies.
