Job Description

The Star Sydney is seeking a DemiChef for Black Bar & Grill in Pyrmont. You will work under the Sous Chef, delivering flawless product execution with safety and culinary excellence in a quick-paced fine dining setting.

You should have experience in fine dining or steakhouse settings, a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or higher), and solid communication skills. Shifts rotate, including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
