As a Project Officer, you will develop a high level of skilled and technical support in delivering Councils Building & Civil projects, including liaising with internal and external stakeholders, manage the delivery of projects including initiation, development, construction, contracts supervision and administration to the agreed time, cost and quality.

Key responsibilities
Develop project briefs, specifications and tender document.
Liaise with stakeholders to effectively deliver projects on time in accordance to contracts management.
Prepare scope of works throughout all concepts.
Contribute to a diverse range of Building & Civil projects.

What you need
Building, Open Space, Public Domain and Recreational project exposure is highly desirable.
Driven and adaptable individual who is eager to learn and develop recent skills.
Qualifications in Project Management, Construction and/or Engineering is required.
