Job Description

Parade College in Melbourne seeks a Learning Diversity Leader to drive inclusive education and lead the Learning Diversity Team. The role includes oversight of the NCCD model and ensuring access to customised supports for students with additional needs, while maintaining teaching responsibilities.

The successful candidate will have specialist training for neurodivergent learners, solid leadership and collaboration skills, and a commitment to the College's Christian ethos.
