Phone and Laptop Repair Specialist – Store Lead

Join a well‑established phone and computer repair business seeking a skilled technician to lead the daily operations of its repair store.

About the Role

You’ll take ownership of the store’s technical performance and customer experience, combining hands‑on repair work with leadership and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair laptops, desktops, phones, and tablets, including complex hardware and motherboard faults
Replace and test components such as batteries, screens, keyboards, and charging ports
Complete Windows installations, upgrades, data transfers, and system recovery
Provide accurate quotes and clear customer communication
Order parts and liaise with suppliers




Manage workflow, stock, and quality control
Supervise and support team members

What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience repairing laptops, computers, phones, and tablets
Advanced diagnostic and microsoldering skills
Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality
Confident communication and quoting ability
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
Leadership mindset with a focus on continuous improvement

The Offer
Permanent full‑time position
7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday
Salary plus percentage‑based profit share
