Le Beach Apartments is seeking a reliable and professional contractor to assist with housekeeping operations at our boutique holiday accommodation property in Burleigh Heads. We are looking for someone who is seeking a secure, ongoing opportunity, takes pride in their work, and can help maintain the high standards our guests expect.

Key responsibilities
n

Cleaning and presenting apartments to a high standard
n
Preparing rooms for arriving guests
n
Mid-stay service cleans as required
n
Laundry, linen and towel handling, and restocking guest amenities and supplies
n
Maintaining presentation standards throughout the property
n
Reporting maintenance issues and supply requirements
n
Working to the daily room-readiness schedule set by management
n

About you
n
n
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
n
Reliable, qualified and committed to consistent, high-quality work
n
Able to work independently and manage competing priorities
n
Friendly and professional when working around guests
n
Previous experience in housekeeping, accommodation or hospitality preferred
n
Good written and spoken English with clear communication skills
n
Adaptable availability, including weekends and public holidays as required
n
Must have or be willing to obtain an ABN and provide invoices for services
n
