Job Description

Barwon Health in Victoria is seeking a Consultation Liaison Nurse to improve mental health care across generalist hospital settings. You will assess, intervene and develop person-centred care plans for patients and families, while guiding staff in recognizing and responding to mental health needs.

You will contribute to education, policy development and service improvement, linking generalist and mental health services across hospital and community settings.
