The Rebelo Group in Newstead, Queensland, is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our hospitality team. This full time role supports the Restaurant Manager to deliver outstanding service and operational excellence.

You will lead front-of-house and back-of-house teams, oversee scheduling and training, ensure safety compliance, and contribute to cost control and guest experiences. A hands-on leader with robust communication will thrive in our agile venue.
