Job Description

Lifestyle Solutions provides cutting-edge and flexible person-centred support for people living with a disability. A Support Worker assists a customer to become more independent, in their own home and in the community, with responsibilities including personal care, medication administration, and community participation.

The role requires adaptable shifts (mornings, afternoons, evenings, awake shifts, sleepovers and weekends), robust communication, and a current NDIS Worker Screening and First Aid.
