Sharon Moss Legal is a well-known legal practice located in Dee Why on Sydney's Northern Beaches comprising solicitors, licensed conveyancers and support staff.

We are offering a full-time position 5 days per week, Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm.

n

About you

n

Very well organised and with a high attention to detail

n

Takes ownership and can carry out office procedures with minimal supervision, and ability to meet deadlines

n

Excellent communication and English skills and computer literate

n

Minimum 3 years experience working in a legal office or as a receptionist and have appropriate experience and be proficient in legal based software, preferably LEAP.

n





Able to work autonomously and contribute as a team member

n

Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

n

Answering and directing calls

n

Opening files on LEAP

n

Responding to email enquiries

n

Providing administrative support to the team

n

Managing incoming/outgoing mail and couriers

n

Drafting routine correspondence

n

General office administration including filing, photocopying, scheduling meetings

n

We are looking for the right applicant for the position. Position to commence immediately on six months probation with a view to permanency after the initial period.

Salary dependent upon experience and suitability.
