The Human Co in Melbourne is seeking an Account Director to lead a portfolio of client relationships and shape the strategic and creative work behind them, at the intersection of client ambition and outstanding execution.

You will own end-to-end account delivery, collaborate with client, creative and production teams, mentor Account Executives and Account Managers, and spot prospects for organic growth across existing accounts. This role is based in Melbourne, VIC.
