Nqpetro is a major installation, maintenance and service provider to retail/commercial/industrial/mining petroleum customers and associated industries.

Our purpose-built workshop in Cairns provides maintenance, repair solutions and compliance inspections for some of the industry's leading fuel distribution fleet customers as well provides fabrication and above ground tank fit outs for our QLD business.

We are currently looking for a mechanically minded individual with the view to train them in the following areas:

n

Hydrostatic pressure testing

n

2.5 yearly hatch & vent testing

n

Degassing

n

Hose testing

n

SLP Inspections

n

Pneumatic controls & overfill protection systems

n

To be considered for the position you will be required to have your own tools, current drivers license and a willingness to learn current skills. Previous experience with heavy equipment & machinery maintenance & servicing would be desirable.
