About the Role

As a Dental Assistant / Receptionist, you’ll play an key part in supporting our dentists, keeping our clinics running smoothly and ensuring our patients feel comfortable and well cared for.

Your responsibilities will include:
Providing chairside assistance to our dentists
Preparing treatment rooms and assisting with sterilisation and infection control
Welcoming patients and providing a friendly, professional experience
Managing appointments, bookings and patient records
Responding to phone and patient enquiries
Processing payments,



billing and other reception duties
Supporting the wider team with day-to-day practice operations

What We’re Looking For

Ideally, you will have:
Previous experience in dental assisting and/or dental reception
A warm, friendly and professional approach with patients and colleagues
Solid organisation and communication skills
Confidence managing a range of clinical and administrative responsibilities
A reliable, adaptable and proactive attitude
A willingness to learn, develop and support the team wherever needed
A genuine interest in building a long-term career in dentistry
