Job Description

Smiggle Erina is seeking a Store Manager to lead our Central Coast team and drive a fun, customer-first shopping experience. You'll coach the team, achieve sales KPIs and manage stock while maintaining an energetic, colourful store atmosphere suitable for kids and families.

This full time role offers an hourly rate with penalties for evenings, weekends and public holidays, plus bonuses, staff discounts and structured training. Previous retail leadership is essential.
