Job Description

A qualified and experienced site supervisor is required for this premier supplier and installer of Colorbond® roofing and rainwater products for the recent homes market in Southern Tablelands, Canberra and surrounds.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

n

General site supervision of multiple jobs

n

Seeing each job through to completion, no matter what

n

Focus on strengthening and growing our position in the ACT/Southern Tablelands and surrounding regions

n

Build relationships with current and potential customers through service

n

Developing our operations and processes further

n

To be considered in this role you must demonstrate:

Exceptional organisational skills and excellent time management

The ability to manage all aspects of the business and to think strategically and creatively to meet both the customer's and company's expectations.

Ability to recruit subcontractors and organise onsite installations

n

Capacity to develop relationships and generate sales

The successful candidate will be agile, ambitious and customer focused. Previous experience in the residential building industry will be a distinct advantage however, the following 10 points don't require any experience and they are also a distinct advantage:
