You'll work across a busy pub kitchen producing high-quality, approachable food in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities
Preparing and cooking dishes consistently to our standards
Working across multiple kitchen sections during service
Completing prep efficiently and ensuring your section is service-ready
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, food safety and organisation
Assisting with stock rotation, storage and waste control
Communicating effectively with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
Supporting other team members during busy services
Contributing to a positive, professional and well‑organised kitchen environment

About you
Has previous experience working as a chef in a busy restaurant, pub or similar setting
Is confident working through high‑volume services
Is organised and takes pride in being properly prepared for service
Works well as part of a team
Communicates clearly and professionally
Has a strong understanding of food safety and kitchen cleanliness
Is reliable, punctual and takes ownership of their role




Is available across a mixture of weekdays, evenings and weekends
Trade qualifications are highly regarded
