Job Description

The chance now exists for a qualified and driven Service Technician to join our Yatala team. The right candidate will be a mechanically minded person who will play a critical role in ensuring our customers' needs are met by servicing, inspection, diagnosis, maintenance and preventative care of our Digga/Kanga products including loaders and attachments.

Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out service and repairs
n
Diagnosing and fault finding
n
Devising test procedures and supervising test activities
n
Completion of all paperwork relating to the completion of jobs, including timesheets, service reports and other required information.
n
Providing exceptional customer service at all times
n
Possession of a current forklift ticket and a manual driver licence
n
Presentable and qualified appearance
n
You must be adaptable and display a high level of integrity, honesty, reliability and confidentiality at all times
n
Basic computer skills
n




Product knowledge in earthmoving attachments will be an advantage, as is an understanding of hydraulics, motors and electrical circuits.
