The Garden Room Cafe in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Restaurant or Café Manager to run day-to-day floor service and lead a team of 25 across cafe and functions. You will plan and oversee bookings and events, recruit and roster staff, and maintain presentation, quality and budget standards.

This hands-on leadership role reports to the GM/Owner and offers a senior, high-trust workplace with growth as the group expands, onsite parking, and easy public transport access.
