Sushi Sushi is seeking a Store Manager for our recent Seven Hills store. You will lead a team of Sushi Artisans and deliver world-class sushi and customer service to every guest.

Reporting to the State Manager, you’ll drive KPIs, manage stocktakes, COGS and labour, and create an setting focused on food safety, teamwork and continuous improvement, while mentoring staff to grow within the brand.
