12-month contract | Canberra | 5 days onsite | NV1 required

We're looking for a PMO Analyst to support a Defence project. You'll work with vendors and the project team, keep reporting on track, and gradually take the lead in running meetings.

What you'll do

Coordinate with vendors and follow up on project updates and actions.
n
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
n
Organise meetings, record actions and track them through to completion.
n
Facilitate project meetings as you settle into the role.
n
Help the team stay across progress, upcoming work and issues.
n
n
What we're looking for
n
n
Experience in PMO, project support or project coordination.
n
Robust reporting, organisation and communication skills.
n
Confidence working with vendors and a range of project stakeholders.
n
An active NV1 security clearance.
