Skills and Experience

n

Two years of management experience in a retail setting, ideally fashion retail.

n

Demonstrated customer relations practice in a variety of settings

n

Effective literacy and numeracy skills

n

Ability to exceed Key Performance Indicators

n

Receptive to one-on-one performance coaching
