We are seeking experienced, passionate and imaginativeEducational Leader tohelp open our brand-new purpose-built childcare center in Park Ridge, Lancewood Street.This role will be:
responsible for the developing, designing and implementing of our education program.
To be a mentor and support for all educators.




Building relationships with our families and assisting with learning difficulties and development of all children.

About you:

Experience:Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Educational Leader with a solid understanding and experience to focus on the Pedagogy practice in the center.

Qualification:Completed Bachelor's degree in early childcare education

Skills:Solid leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Vision:A passion for early childhood education and a genuine commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and nature-focused environment

Compliance:An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
