We are looking for a personable and professional Receptionist to be the face of LJ Hooker Fairfield.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, client-focused setting and has a genuine interest in the real estate industry.

The position isFull Time Monday to Fridaylocated at our fast-paced Fairfield Heights Office.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls and email enquiries promptly
Manage appointment schedules and support property inspection bookings
Maintain the presentation of the front office and client meeting areas
Provide administrative support to the sales and property management teams
Assist with listing documentation, database updates, and marketing tasks as needed

Requirements:




Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role (real estate experience preferred but not essential)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Impeccable presentation and a qualified attitude
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
Experience with real estate software such as PropertyMe
Basic knowledge of real estate procedures and documentation
Speaking Assyrian/Arabic is preferred
