Endeavour Foundation is seeking compassionate Disability Support Workers to provide person-centred support in SIL homes on a casual and permanent part time basis on the Gold Coast. The role includes day, afternoon, weekend, and overnight shifts, including sleepovers.

You will help people with complex needs develop daily living skills, maintain independence, and engage with community activities in a respectful, empowering setting.
