GDE Distribution is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our team in Riverwood. This is a permanent part time, hands-on role working four days per week, Monday to Thursday, supporting the day-to-day operation of our Sydney warehouse. The role would suit someone who enjoys practical work, takes pride in accuracy and organisation, and is comfortable working as part of a small team.

Key responsibilities

Receiving and processing incoming stock
n
Picking, packing and dispatching customer orders
n
Accurately entering and maintaining information in the warehouse system
n
Assisting with stock control and inventory management
n
Manual handling, including lifting items weighing approximately 15–25kg
n
Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and protected
n




Assisting with other warehouse duties as required

About you

Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not essential
n
Basic computer skills and confidence with data entry
n
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling requirements
n
Reliable and punctual
n
Able to work independently and as part of a small team
n
Forklift licence advantageous, but not essential
n
Consistent Monday-to-Thursday working week
n
Regular daytime hours
