Audika Ballarat is seeking a Clinic Co-ordinator to support our hearing clinic on a 6-month mat leave cover. The role is part time (Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 9am–5pm) with no weekends, working with clinicians and reception teams to deliver exceptional customer care.
You will manage front-desk operations, appointments, and basic hearing device support while promoting client services and community engagement. A compassionate, process-driven mindset and flexibility to cover shifts are essential.
