This is a excellent chance for someone who's looking to get solid experience in the construction industry. You'll be providing admin support across a range of construction projects and learning the ropes of compliance, systems, and contractor coordination.

Key responsibilities
Manage excavation permits and Before You Dig (BYD) approvals
Monitor and manage the admin inbox
Lodge and track Form 21s and certifications
Set up and manage Origin and Ergon portals for current electrical connections (close on completion)
File contracts and assist with Buildertrend project setup
Onboard subcontractors and manage ongoing subcontractor compliance
Submit fencing claims and manage quarterly rebate submissions
Coordinate uniform orders and distribution
Prepare Handover packs and assist with Aftercare administration
Supporting and assisting team members with any general administrative tasks





About you
Some previous admin experience (construction admin ideal, but not essential)
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organised
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, and learning new systems
A team player who's happy to pitch in wherever needed
Familiarity with Buildertrend or construction software is a bonus, but not required
