About Bean Squeeze

At Bean Squeeze, our guiding philosophy is "Leave Happier." We strive to provide an environment that fosters friendships, encourages learning, presents challenges, and offers ongoing support and encouragement.

We are a predominantly drive-thru coffee and food brand with 14 stores around the Geelong area, and 4 new stores opening in 2025.

Established in 2006 with a passion for great coffee and delicious food, we pride ourselves on our warm service, welcoming atmosphere and our commitment to ensuring that both our customers and team “Leave Happier.”

Making sure every customer leaves with a smile and a fantastic coffee experience
Bringing fun and positivity to the work workplace
Following all Bean Squeeze procedures to keep things running smoothly
Keeping the store spick and span

To be a part of our team, you must:
Have a knack for delivering great customer service
Love the quick-paced workplace of a busy coffee shop
Be a hard worker with a great work ethic
Be available to work some weekends
