Moto Arena Gold Coast is seeking a highly motivated Motorcycle Sales Consultant to join our team, specializing in Ducati, Husqvarna & BSA.

This key position involves providing customers with the complete buying experience for their recent and used motorcycles. You will work with two prestigious brands in our recent, state-of-the-art showroom, offering excellent income potential and a 5-day work week that includes Saturdays.

Key responsibilities

Provide customers with the complete buying experience for new and used motorcycles
n
Confidently manage all phone, walk-in, and internet inquiries to achieve maximum results
n
Demonstrate exceptional personal presentation and professionalism
n
Maintain high standards and attention to detail
n
Share enthusiasm and confidence with customers
n

About you
n
n
Must have a motorcycle licence
n
Experience as a motorcycle rider/owner and enthusiast
n
Honest and reliable work ethic
n
High standards in customer service and care
n
Ability to work a 5-day week that includes Saturdays (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:00 AM - 2:00 PM)
n
Ability to confidently manage all phone, walk-in, and internet inquiries
n
Willing to learn and listen as training will be provided
n
A passion for motorcycles and knowledge of various brands is preferred but not essential
