We are currently looking for an experiencedPlastererMultito join a busy Reactive Maintenance team working within occupied social housing properties in and around Mitcham
This role is ideal for a skilled tradesperson with solid plastering, tiling repairsand paintingexperience
Key Duties:
Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works in occupied social housing properties.
Complete painting, tiling, patch repair
Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
Requirements:
NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (essential).
Robust wet trade and multi-trade skills.
Full UK driving licence.
What's on Offer:
£22 per hour.
Company van and fuel card.
Ongoing, full time work.
