About the role

As the Manager, Business Improvement, you will lead a small team and work with stakeholders across TMR to identify opportunities to improve business performance, systems and processes. You will oversee business improvement initiatives from planning through to delivery, helping to ensure resources are focused on activities that deliver genuine value and measurable outcomes.

You will also provide strategic advice and leadership to support continuous improvement, strengthen organisational capability and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
