Job Description

Downtown Toyota in Morningside, Brisbane, is seeking a Customer Loyalty & Experience Consultant to build lasting relationships with customers across the dealership, with a focus on the Service department and Toyota Exchange opportunities.

You'll follow up customers by phone and email, identify prospects, and help convert conversations into long-term loyalty and future vehicle sales. This is a permanent full time role with ongoing training and employee advantages.
