Job Description

Only Hospitality Group is seeking an HR administrator to support multi-site venues including Gobdy Hotel and our Mount Waverley roastery. You will coordinate end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and maintain employee records across venues and the roastery.

As part of a quick-growing hospitality group, you will handle payroll support, respond to staff HR queries, assist with performance reviews, training, and compliance with the Fair Work Act and OHG policy.
