Little Desert Brewing Co. is a regional brewery and bistro in Dimboola, Victoria, expanding its kitchen team. The Chef will prepare and cook high-quality dishes, maintain food safety and hygiene standards, assist with stock control and ordering, support menu development and seasonal specials, and work closely with front-of-house staff while helping train junior staff.

About you
Certificate III/IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent overseas qualification
Minimum 3 years' experience in a commercial kitchen
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, organised, and committed to quality
Able to meet 482 visa sponsorship requirements

$79,423 + superannuation
