Job Description Production Technologist Permanent full-time role with competitive remuneration and benefits Based In Bendigo, VIC, Australia Join a global animal health manufacturing team focused on quality, safety and continuous improvement Play a key role in the manufacture of intermediates and final vaccine material As a Production Technologist, you will perform direct and indirect activities supporting the manufacture of media, antigen and final vaccine material in line with the production schedule and local regulatory and GMP requirements.
This is a hands‐on role within the Manufacturing Division, reporting to the Line Lead.What You Will DoPerform manufacturing activities for intermediates and final vaccine materialPrepare, stage, use and maintain mechanical and laboratory equipmentEnsure materials and equipment are available and within date prior to manufactureSupport production planning, batch documentation and schedule adherenceAssist with maintenance and validation activities to minimise downtimeConduct batch record review and verification, including timely BPR correctionsSupport cycle counts, inventory accuracy and SAP master data reviewFollow SOPs and maintain Good Documentation PracticesContribute to hazard and near miss identification, incident investigations and CAPAParticipate in Safe by Choice discussions and model inclusive behavioursSupport compliance audits, event investigations,



change management and environmental monitoringMaintain good housekeeping and ensure equipment is fit for purpose and safe to useSupport adherence to relevant quality standards and manufacturing requirementsApply MPS tools and methodologies to support investigations and CAPA implementationContribute to technical process advancement and growth strategies in ProductionParticipate in Site Tier communication processes and cross-functional tier meetingsSupport cost mitigation and innovation initiatives that improve manufacturing performanceParticipate in competency‐based training, priority setting and development planningEscalate issues that may impact the production scheduleCoordinate activities during periods of leave or offsite work where requiredRaise purchase requisitions and manage limit orders as neededPerform SAP transactions within required timeframesWhat You Must HaveExperience in a regulated or manufacturing environment preferredBachelor of Science or equivalent qualification advantageousUnderstanding of GMP and quality systemsBasic computer skills, including Word, Outlook and ExcelStrong verbal and written communication, organisation and teamwork skillsUnderstanding of aseptic processes and GMP behavioursBasic maths skills and exposure to data analysisWhat You Can ExpectThe prospect to contribute to a critical manufacturing operation in a global organisationA collaborative team environment with a strong focus on safety, quality and continuous improvementExposure to development opportunities,
