6-month contract role, ASAP start, Monday to Friday with accommodation provided.Our client is a specialist Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy supporting the delivery of a $1bn+ infrastructure project, one of Australia's largest and most technically complex renewable energy projects.
They are now seeking for a Senior Contracts Administrator or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in Cooma, NSW.These roles will focus on forecasting, rate analysis, cost breakdowns, and scope definition across major infrastructure and civil packages.
You'll work closely with the project leadership team to analyse existing drawings, assess cost forecasts, and help refine and reinvent project scope as it evolves.Ideal candidates will come from either a Head Contracting or Consultancy background and have experience in forensic cost analysis, contract administration,
