bring people with you and make good things happen.What we're looking for You'll be a registered architect with strong experience leading complex projects and working confidently with clients, consultants and internal teams.You'll ideally bring:Experience across education or other complex, stakeholder-heavy projectsStrong project leadership and delivery skillsConfidence working directly with clientsA genuine interest in mentoring and developing peopleGood commercial awarenessThe ability to see the bigger picture, not just your own projectA desire to have a meaningful role in the future direction of a practiceWhy this one?
