you'll play an significant role in maintaining the financial integrity of the business while providing commercial insight and support across a range of operational areas.This is a broad commercial accounting role that partners closely with operational leaders, helping them understand performance, identify opportunities and make informed decisions.Key responsibilities include:Monthly management reporting and financial analysisGeneral ledger management and financial controlsBudgeting, forecasting and variance analysisCapital expenditure reporting and administrationTaxation, compliance and group reporting supportCost analysis and operational performance reportingBusiness partnering and decision supportProcess improvement and reporting automation initiativesAbout YouYou may be an experienced Financial Accountant seeking broader commercial exposure, or an ambitious accountant ready to accelerate your development in a role with genuine responsibility and scope.You'll ideally bring:Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or FinanceCPA or CA qualification, or active progress towards completionCommercial accounting experience within industryExposure to manufacturing, agribusiness, food production or other operational environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced Excel capability and ERP experienceThe ability to communicate financial information in a practical and meaningful wayA genuine interest in understanding how businesses operateWhy Join Kagome?
