Over $110,000 PackageWe are seeking a Strata Manager with at least 12 months' experience to join a highly supportive and skilled strata management team with a fantastic culture.This is not a sink-or-swim environment.
You'll work closely with experienced leadership who genuinely believe in mentoring, supporting and developing their people.We're looking for someone who:Has at least 12 months' strata management experienceIs a confident communicator and problem solverCan manage multiple priorities without becoming overwhelmedIs comfortable dealing with clients, contractors and committeesHas sound financial literacy and understands budgets and reportsCan interpret legislation and assist with insurance mattersIs practical,



organised and solutions-focusedCan manage everything from maintenance issues to larger building projectsKnows when to email — and when to pick up the phoneHas a genuine can-do attitude and enjoys working as part of a teamWe're not necessarily looking for the person with the most experience.
