Bale is looking for an experienced Cluster Business Manager to lead our Pacific Fair, David Jones Pacific Fair and Harbour Town locations.This is a Tuesday-to-Saturday role for a strong retail leader who enjoys being close to the floor, developing teams and driving performance across different store environments.Founded in Australia in ****, M.J. Bale creates garments of integrity using quality natural fibres and expert craftsmanship.
We're a certified B Corp and Official Tailor to the Australian Test cricket team, the Wallabies and the Socceroos.About the roleThree locations, different customers and one consistently high standard.You'll take ownership of performance across the cluster, supporting store leaders and teams to deliver strong commercial results and exceptional customer experiences.Your day will include:Driving sales, KPIs and profitability across all three locationsCoaching store leaders and building capable,
