(Please note this is a full time office role in our Hawthorn Global HQ in Melbourne)The RoleThe Employment Compliance Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining and continuously improving Lovisa's employment compliance framework across all jurisdictions in which the business operates.Ensure employment practices, documentation, systems and controls comply with applicable employment legislation, industrial instruments and Lovisa policies and procedures.Monitor legislative changeConduct risk-based employment compliance auditsOversee corrective actionsStrengthen employment lifecycle controlsProvide practical compliance advice to People & Talent and business leadersPromote consistent, legally compliant and operationally effective employment practices across LovisaKey ActivitiesEmployment Compliance Framework & OversightEmployment Compliance Audits & Corrective ActionsCompliance Advice, Training & CapabilityEmployment Risk & Business ChangeWho you areBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, Business Administration or a related field; a relevant employment law, workplace relations, audit,
